Radnor Park, Congleton

Works comprise the complete refurbishment of an existing 25,000sq ft industrial unit at Congleton, Cheshire. The scheme includes the removal of all existing asbestos cement and metal profile sheeting to roofs and walls, removal of roller shutter doors, stripping back of services. Replacement sections of damaged concrete floor slab, new insulated composite roof cladding and built up insulated cladding to walls, new steel security personnel doors, insulated roller shutter doors, new warehouse lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, incoming services, lightweight partition dividing walls including fire-proofing to steel columns and rafters, re-decoration of all steelwork members throughout. Further works included a new tarmacadam car-park, external drainage including ACO channels and external lighting to perimeter of the building.
