Kitchen comprising rise and fall sink units, push to open cupboards and base units. Hoisting facilities for disabled and bariatric service users.

En-suite upgrades comprising new BioClad wall coverings, new sanitary ware, floor finishes, hoisting facilities, new lighting. New suspended ceiling grid and tile system to corridors and common areas undertaken out of hours to minimise disruption to the service, new fire alarm and lighting.
