Works comprise 3nr new build extensions to form 1. New Dining Room 2. 14-bedroom & en-suites over 2 floors 3. New Orangery 4. New fire alarm to existing home.

Scope of Work

1. New Dining Room – single storey extension to existing dining room.
2. 14-bed & en-suite extension – strip foundations, beam and block floors, precast concrete staircase, load-bearing masonry, trussed pitched, tiled roof, PVCu windows and doors. Internally new platform lift, 14 bedrooms and en-suites with wood effect vinyl flooring, carpet finish to common areas.
3. New orangery – comprising strip foundations, beam and block floor, masonry walls, single ply flat roof with fixed lantern light roof-light and blinds, PVCu windows and doors, wood effect vinyl floor finish.
4. New fire alarm to existing care home – wireless L1 fire alarm system to existing care home to minimise disruption to operational care home.
