Raleigh Hall, Eccleshall

Works comprise the new build construction of a COMAH Tier 1 chemical storage facility with vehicle vale ng bay and two storey Cat A office fit-out within an existing commercial and industrial estate at Raleigh Hall, Eccleshall, Staffordshire.

The main building structures comprises deep constrado pad foundations and strip footings, structural steel portal frames, reinforced water-proof concrete, power coated FM2 floor slabs, reinforced water-proof concrete walls to the chemical storage bay, Atex electrical fittings to the chemical storage bay, built up metal profile vertical and horizontal wall cladding, aluminium curtain walling, electrically operated shutter doors, full office fit-out including M&E, glass / stainless steel balustrades, wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

New incoming primary services including HV and LV supplies, new substation, water, and BT infrastructure. Reinforced concrete hardstandings , fully bunded for HGV traffic, tarmacadam car parking, below ground drainage inclusive of chemical non-return valving, storm water attenuation, landscaping, and planning.
