Park Hall Business Village, Stoke-on-Trent

Works comprise the new build construction of a 3nr steel framed industrial units within an existing working business village at Longton, Stoke on Trent.

The main building structures comprises vibro stone ground stabilisation, reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations, structural steel portal frames, reinforced concrete, powder coated FM2 floor slabs, built up metal profile vertical and horizontal wall cladding, aluminium curtain walling, office pods including full fit-out, aluminium rainwater goods, polyester powder coated steel security doors and canopies to entrances.

New incoming primary services including HV and LV supplies, new substation, water, gas and BT infrastructure. Reinforced concrete hardstandings for HGV traffic, tarmacadam car parking, cycle shelters, bin stores, below ground drainage, landscaping and planting.
