A beautiful barn conversion
We converted an existing redundant agricultural barn into pure luxury at Knightley Hall Farm. Country-style chic is at the heart of the 5 dwellings created, and the 2x two-bed, 2x three-bed and 1x four-bed properties boast delightful period features, housed within a structurally sound and made-to-last renovation.
To strengthen the existing building, the construction included under-pinning to the existing foundations, new floor-slab, re-roofing, re-pointing and new conservation timber windows. For added wow factor and supreme comfort, internally we installed under floor heating, feature lighting and accent kitchen fittings.
Cheshire brick fireplaces with timber log burner cast iron fires were installed, as well as solid oak internal doors and cast iron ironmongery. First floor rooms with fully vaulted ceilings and exposed timber King-post trusses make these barn conversions real beauties.
