Works comprise of asbestos abatement to contaminated ground, vibro stone column foundations, structural steel portal frame, combination of built up cladding and composite sheet cladding, aluminium windows and doors, electric roller shutter doors, steel security door-sets, FM2 concrete floor slab and internal disabled WC pods. External works comprise of tarmacadam car park and entrance apron, attenuated drainage, formation of landscaping and planting, security fencing and external lighting.
