De Dietrich, Stafford

The scheme comprised of the dilapidation works to an existing factory unit, following a Building Surveyors report and prior to De Dietrich vacating the building and moving to a new purpose built industrial unit, also constructed by Intium Construction Ltd.

Works included for the replacement of a single ply membrane roof which was leaking extensively, drying out of the internal offices and factory areas, following the water ingress. Full office refurbishment and replacement works including new suspended ceilings, carpet and vinyl floor finishes, painting and decorating, deep clean. The factory works included replacement lighting, testing and commissioning of all M&E services, the servicing of roller shutter doors, redecoration to the factory walls and cleaning of the factory floor slab.
