Works comprised of a 3,000sqft new build Burger King food retail unit, drive thru and associated car parking and EV car charging facilities in Fenton, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. The shell and core construction comprised of deep strip mass filled concrete foundations, structural steel frame with facing brick and blockwork cavity walls to the façade. The roof is a Kingspan TopDeck single ply bonded insulated cladding panel, the curtain walling, windows and doors are an aluminium system with low-E double glazed units. The perimeter of the building has an insulated single ply canopy. External works comprise of EV charging facilities, below ground drainage and attenuation tanks, tarmacadam surfacing, block paving to footpaths, landscaping, planting and fencing.
