Barton Quarter (Phase One) in Chilwell


The contract comprised of the completion of a 30nr property residential development, due to the incumbent main contractor going into liquidation. The scope of works included the installation of fibrous architectural mouldings to the façade of the properties, external rendering, external decoration, installation of rainwater goods, alterations to widen driveways, taking down and rebuilding of external boundary walls and piers, the construction of new boundary walls, rendering and decoration, the installation of new fencing and gates, landscaping and planting, installation of new street lighting, tarmacadam and Leochip finish to roads and pavements. Internally works comprised of the installation of M&E services, plastering and painting / decorating, 2 ndfix joinery, installation of kitchens and bathrooms, carpet and engineered timber flooring. Significant rectification works to occupied properties, provision of all outstanding Building Control, testing and commissioning and Structural Warranty documentation.
