Works comprised of a 3,000sqft new build double retail unit for Costa Coffee and Greggs, drive thru and 41-space car park with EV charging facilities. The shell & landscaping only project began by demolishing the existing building; drilling and grouting mine workings, then laying traditional strip and pad foundations for the structural steel frame to sit on. The roof is an insulated Kingspan cladding panel, and the windows and doors are an aluminium system with low-E double glazed units. The building was then rendered with a Weber self coloured system, painted in the iconic Costa red and finished with a 1000-piece hand cut cedar timber cladding. The external works were completed by tarmacking, block paving, landscaping, planting and fencing.
