Works comprised of the complete refurbishment of an existing 45-bed care home. Strip out back to shell, reconfigured layout, new partitions, full Mechanical and Electrical Installation including anti-ligature sanitary ware and fittings, new PVC windows, doors and conservatory, replacement PVC fascias, soffits, rainwater goods, re-rendering to the external façade, new fencing. Internally new suspended ceilings, plastered ceilings, all existing walls were bonded and re-skimmed, full re-decoration, new anti slip vinyl floor finishes, new door-sets throughout with anti-ligature ironmongery, 2nr assisted bathrooms with ‘Gainsborough’ rise and fall baths, 45nr en-suite bedrooms, new commercial kitchen and laundry. The existing passenger lift and dumb waiter were fully refurbished, serviced, tested and commissioned.
