Indurent Park, Etruria Valley, Stoke-on-Trent

Intium were appointed by Indurent to construct 70,000sqft of high-quality speculative MLI units, divided into 10nr separate units at Etruria Valley in Stoke on Trent in 2025. The units were built to  EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

The units were built in 2nr separate terraces, following a 22,000m3 cut and fill exercise, on vibro compacted ground, with a steel frame on pad foundations. Euroclad built up roof and wall cladding along with aluminium curtain walling, sectional shutter doors and steel personnel doorsets completed the façade. 235Kw of solar PV panels were installed to the roofs, generating renewable power for the units. A new adoptable access road was brought into the site, concrete hardstanding’s were laid to the apron in front of the units, tarmacadam car parking, security fencing and gates installed to the perimeter, along with landscaping and planting. Internally each unit benefitted from a 2-storey office pod and mezzanine loading area. Kitchenette and WC facilities were installed. The units were constructed to Indurent’s MLI Build Codes.
