9nr Town Houses on Gregory Street, Nottingham

Works included the new build construction of 9nr 3-storey town houses on the site of a former public house near Nottingham city centre.

Foundations included a structural reinforced concrete raft due to the nature of the ground conditions, load bearing superstructure facing brick and blockwork, composite tongue and groove ship lap boarding, Anthracite Grey PVCu windows and french doors, balcony terraces to the top floor bedrooms with a vista of the city, architectural metal balustrading and insulated single ply low pitch roof with roof lights. Internally the units are fitted out with high gloss faced kitchen units, electric ovens and hob, extractor, extensive integrated appliances, dishwashers, fridge freezers and washing machines. Fitted bathrooms and ensuites have vanity units, showers and baths all tiled to floors and half wall height. The build has pre-finished oak veneer flush doors with SAA ironmongery. Externally there are paved patio areas, grassed rear gardens, fencing and gates, tarmacadam car park and metal hoop top railings to the frontage.
